Robin Khan is the Honourable Chairman of Desha Holdings Limited. He also serves as the Secretary General of the Board of Trustees at Tagore University of Creative Arts. As the program director of Bangladesh’s first digital television channel, Channel i, he plays a pivotal role in the media landscape. Additionally, he holds multiple positions, including director of Rangpur Community Medical College (Doctors Clinic) and Dental College, and is a director at the prominent Rangpur Group in northern Bangladesh. He also serves as Vice Chairman of Anan Pack (BD) Limited.
Beyond his corporate roles, Khan is a talented playwright, film director, and producer. Many of his produced dramas, such as Nil Nakful, Chaya Manobi (Bangladesh Television’s package drama series with the highest number of episodes of Bangladesh), Shiulir Biye, Onno Mon, Moti Master-er Mei, Deuya Polau Dot Com, and Ajana Atang, remain popular among audiences. His directorial debut film, Mon Debo Mon Nebo, will be released soon.
Robin Khan has served as Vice President of the Bangladesh Private Medical College Association (BPMCA) for three consecutive terms. He is also a member of the Bangladesh Directors’ Association, Bangladesh Producers’ Association, Television Programme Producers’ Association of Bangladesh (TELEPAB), Directors Guild, Banani Friends Community Club Limited (Lifetime Member), and Bangladesh Film Club Limited (Lifetime Member).
In recognition of his significant contributions to social service, he has received honors from various institutions. In his personal life, he is the father of one daughter and one son.
